What services do you offer?
We do everything balloon for your celebrations: balloon bouquets, arches, columns, centerpieces, themed installations, character sculptures, event décor, and more. Whether it’s a birthday, graduation, corporate event, baby shower or “just because” surprise — we’ve got you covered.
For example, our Graduation page shows many custom pieces in school colors with age markers, columns and showstoppers.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date, venue and color/theme decided. Big installations (arches/columns) and highly custom pieces book up fast, especially during peak seasons (graduations, proms, holidays).
For simpler centerpieces or bouquets, we still advise at least a few days’ notice to guarantee best availability of colors and heights.
If you wait until the last minute, we’ll always do our best — but choices may be more limited.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes – we deliver and install! We’re based at 9939 South Ave – Suite A, Poland, Ohio 44514.
We can coordinate drop-off or full installation depending on the size and complexity of your décor.
Please note indoor vs outdoor, ceiling heights, venue restrictions (hooks, adhesives), and timing all matter — we’ll walk you through what your venue allows when you book.
What happens if the installation is outdoors or subject to weather?
Good question! Outdoor setups (especially large arches or columns) are subject to weather risks (wind, rain, etc). We’ll discuss your venue, weather plan and what type of setup works best. Sometimes, we’ll create a more weather-resistant version or relocate inside if possible.
If severe weather hits, we’ll make the call together to adjust or reschedule as needed.
Can I pick the balloon colors/theme?
Absolutely! We love working with your color palette, brand colors, school colors or theme. You tell us the look you’re going for and we’ll propose designs, show examples, and help pick complementary colors or styles.

What is your pricing like?
Pricing depends on several factors: size of the piece, materials (latex vs foil vs special finishes), height, custom elements, installation complexity, delivery/venue travel.
For example, on our Graduation page you’ll see some starting pieces like a “Graduate” design in school colors.
When you contact us, we’ll provide a transparent quote based on your event details.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. To hold your date and custom design, we’ll ask for a deposit. The exact amount will depend on the scale of the project. The balance is typically due closer to the event date or upon delivery/installation.
We’ll review payment terms clearly in your quote so there are no surprises. 1 week prior to the event.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand things change! If you need to adjust colors, quantities or timing, please let us know as soon as possible.
For cancellations, because custom materials may already be purchased and work scheduled, some deposit amounts may be non-refundable depending on how close to event date we are. We’ll clarify that in your agreement.
How long do balloon decorations last?
It depends on type and environment:

Standard latex balloons indoors can last 12-24 hours easily; some premium treatments last longer.

Foil balloons often last days.

Large outdoor installations may have shorter lifespan depending on weather and location (sun, wind, pole mounting, etc).
We’ll suggest the best materials and placement to maximize lifespan for your event.
Do you have any restrictions or things to keep in mind?
Yes — a few practical things:

Venue rules: Some venues don’t allow adhesives, tape on walls, ceiling hooks, open flames near foil balloons, etc. We’ll coordinate with your venue if needed.

Ceiling height and space: Arches or tall columns need clearance; outdoor setups need stable ground.

Electrical: If you want lighted displays, we’ll need access to power.

Timing: For installations, we need a schedule (arrival time, set-up window) so we don’t interfere with your event flow.
Disposal: Large installations are beautiful — but we’ll also coordinate removal or ask you to manage removal depending on venue setup.
How do I book with you?
Simple: give us your event date, venue/location, number of guests (if relevant), theme or color palette, and what décor you are imagining (arch, columns, bouquets, centerpieces etc.).

We’ll send you a quote, you approve it, we secure your date with deposit, and then we do the fun part — design & delivery!
What if my event is out of town / outside the typical area?
If your event is outside our regular service area, just ask! Depending on location we may accommodate additional travel/delivery fees or coordinate a partner. Let us know where the venue is, and we’ll see how we can help.
